High safety and security

Highly visible two-color LED warning lights, LED night lighting that brightly illuminates the gate area, and an infrared safety sensor built into the main unit. When an obstacle is detected between the gates, the chain instantly stops descending.

With a maximum width of 10 meters and a heavy-duty 10-millimeter stainless steel chain, it makes a strong impression.

If excessive resistance is applied to the chain due to vehicle contact, the built-in safety pin will break, causing the chain to disengage and reduce vehicle damage.

In the event of a power outage, the system automatically stops and descends; when power is restored, it automatically resumes operation.

A secret power switch is built-in, allowing for emergency descent at any time.

The motor used is a quiet Sumitomo reversible motor equipped with a powerful electromagnetic brake.

　

Reliable remote control operation

Basic operation: Stop briefly in front of the chain gate, then operate the remote control toward the equipment.
Visually confirm the chain has lowered and verify safety before proceeding through promptly.
The remote control typically has a range of about 20 meters, depending on conditions. (5-level sensitivity adjustment available)
Operation over 100 meters is possible using intermediate receivers.

　

Chain Gate Operation Method

The parking lot can be connected to a variety of devices

Examples:
・Pattern 1: Entry and exit via remote control operation
・Pattern 2: Entry via remote control operation, free exit (using vehicle detection sensors)
・Pattern 3: Gate A is for vehicle entry only (using remote control), and Gate B is for vehicle exit only (using vehicle detection sensors).
