Frequently Asked Questions About the Remote Control

Remote controls from different manufacturers use different frequencies and will not work.
Please use the correct, genuine remote control.

Please avoid storing in hot and humid locations.
For long-term storage, please remove the battery before storing.

For flat terrain without obstacles, safety regulations require a minimum distance of 6 meters from the parking equipment unit.
Stop completely before the parking equipment, operate the remote control toward the equipment, confirm safety, and proceed promptly. (The maximum detection distance is approximately 30 meters, but this varies significantly depending on the usage environment.)

Remote control sensitivity may decrease due to depleted internal batteries. It may also be affected by adverse weather conditions, time of day, or interference from mobile base stations and home Wi-Fi networks.
Please operate the remote from a location with clear line of sight.

Adjusting the sensitivity of the antenna installed within the parking equipment can shorten the remote control's detection range.

※The new FM 314MHz digital remote control offers five sensitivity settings.
※If sensitivity is extremely poor due to the installation environment, an external antenna must be installed or added separately.

Depending on how often you use the remote control, it can last for about 12 months with four uses per day.

When using the remote control, holding down operation buttons for extended periods significantly drains the batteries.
Please use the remote control for single-action operations (one operation per press).
As the remote control is a precision instrument, please handle it with the utmost care and avoid disassembling the unit.
Avoid high-temperature, high-humidity locations (such as a car in direct sunlight), submersion in water, or dropping the unit.

Impact damage from dropping the remote control may cause:
・Damage to the main unit circuit board
・Damage to the main unit battery cover
・Damage to internal battery mounting parts, leading to poor battery contact and circuit board corrosion due to water ingress
These factors may result in a malfunction where the transmission LED lights up but no radio waves are transmitted.
Additionally, issues such as poor signal strength may occur.
